Using CFOCompass
CFOCompass is operated by an individual, not a registered company.
CFOCompass helps you analyze financial statements, build workpapers, review results and export reports. These Terms include the Acceptable Use Policy and Financial & AI Disclaimer. The Privacy Policy separately explains how information is handled.
Your account and content
Keep your sign-in details secure and use only accounts you are authorized to access. If you act for an organization or client, you must have authority to use and share their information.
You retain ownership of what you upload. You authorize us to handle that content as needed to provide the service you request, as described in the Privacy Policy. Check results against source records before relying on them.
Plans and limits
Free includes three successful prepared-statement analyses in total, not a renewed monthly allowance. It does not include Builder, Bank Feed or Ask AI.
Plus includes unlimited prepared-statement analyses, three successful accounting-data Builder analyses per billing period, and three successful Ask AI questions per workbook or analysis. Bank Feed is not included.
Pro includes currently available features without those usage limits, subject to service and security safeguards. QuickBooks and Accounting Autopilot are Coming Soon, not currently supplied features.
Prices and subscriptions
See Pricing for current prices and included features. Checkout shows the subscription charge and billing interval before payment. Paid subscriptions renew as shown at checkout unless canceled.
Manage billing and schedule cancellation in Settings. Scheduled cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; it does not remove your remaining paid time. Cancellation does not delete your account or reports.
Test subscriptions are not live paid subscriptions and do not automatically convert to them.
Safe and responsible use
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Access may be limited to address misuse, unauthorized access or security threats. Reports and AI answers support your decisions; they are not professional advice or a guarantee of accuracy. Nothing in these documents removes rights that applicable law does not allow you to give up.
Changes and contact
If material terms change, we will show the new version and ask you to agree before continuing with analysis features. Account recovery, legal information and billing cancellation remain available without agreeing to updated terms.
